Grossglockner High Alpine Road
The Großglockner High Alpine Road has been one of Austria's most monumental landmarks for almost 90 years. It combines the fine art of high alpine road construction with the magnificent natural experience in the Hohe Tauern National Park, the largest nature reserve in the Alps and one of the most fascinating landscapes on earth.
Every year, many visitors from all over the world “conquer” the legendary “Kaiser-Franz-Josefs-Höhe” at 2.369 meters above sea level on the Großglockner High Alpine Road. High above the Pasterze, the largest remaining glacier in the Eastern Alps, Austria's highest peak is almost within reach.
Krimmer waterfalls
The Krimml Waterfalls are one of the most impressive natural attractions in Austria and are among the highest waterfalls in Europe. They are located in the Hohe Tauern National Park near the town of Krimml in the Salzburg region.
Height and features: The Krimml Waterfalls have a total height of around 380 meters and consist of three stages. The top tier is the largest and most impressive, followed by the middle and lower tiers.
Hiking trails and viewpoints: There are well-developed hiking trails along the falls, allowing visitors to admire the falls from various vantage points. There are viewing platforms along the trail that offer spectacular views of the falls and surrounding landscape.
Hangar 7 Red Bull
The Hangar-7 at Salzburg Airport is a unique building that houses a collection of historic Flying Bulls aircraft and Formula 1 racing cars. In addition, it offers Hangar-7 Space for art exhibitions and, with its restaurant Ikarus, two bars, an outdoor lounge and a café, is not only an event location but also a meeting place for art lovers and connoisseurs.
Many other exhibits from the world of Formula 1, motorcycles and selected racing cars can be seen in the Hangar-7 can be admired daily with free admission from 09:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m.

The 3D experience cinema makes the unimaginable understandable: the formation of the Alps and the Tauern Window when the continents crashed - 250 million years in a breathtaking 15 minutes!
During the formation of the Alps, almost all rock layers were not only moved but also transformed. This metamorphosis took place at temperatures of usually over 500° and pressures of up to many thousands of bar. However, the rocks are not melted or chemically changed, but rather their structure is adapted to the higher pressure and temperature conditions.
